Description :
East Runton picks up any swell and as such is usually the first point of call for local surfers.
A Beach break with evil shorey. If the winds are cross shore don't bother as the rip is killer. Best conditions are northerly ground swell with light off shore breeze.
Can get blown out easily but when it's on it is classic. 2-3 foot average. Watch out for the stones in the trough near the beach that creates the shorey.
It picks up any swell going, but works best off long period Northerly swells.
Its an easy wave, but watch out for rocks, a strong rips and idiots!!
