Absolutely beautiful bay with ideal camping spot right at the break.. Picks up most swells and give good protection from all but northly winds.. well worth a drive..
check out the caves in the area also.. they sound great.. when we were there we didn't go.. to busy chasing swell.. wish we had...

Stayed up there Tue 13th Sep for a couple of days. The surf was superb 3' and semi-hollow beachbreaks with no-one around. The wind was steaming off shore and holding the faces up very well. The lazy crofter is a cool place to chill out too and very reasonable!

Well worth the walk - the sights are breath taking and the waves not either!
