Our cottages are in the pretty village of Crantock on the north Cornwall coast. Six cottages sleeping from 2 to 9 people, all equipped to a high standard are only five to ten minutes walk from Crantock beach, and ideal for surfers and families alike. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful cottages - Farmhouse, Lavender Barn, Cobb Barn, Cormorant, Guillemot and Kittiwake... Crantock is a picturesque village of historical note, on the North coast of Cornwall with one of the best beaches in the area. It has an ancient church, two pubs, tea rooms an art gallery, gift shops and a village store. The Great Weston Farmhouse is reputed to be one of the oldest buildings in the village and was used by the church before becoming a farmhouse. Crantock Beach is about 5 to 10 minutes walk away and is ideal for families, with its large sandy dunes adjacent to National Trust land. The world famous Fistral Beach with its surfing centre is only a 3 miles away. Porth Joke and Hollywell Bay are also very close. We are dog friendly and allow well behaved dogs in all our cottages. There are many walks for dog owners near Crantock, including the South West Coastal Path, which passes by the village and can be reached on foot from all our cottages. Crantock is about 5 miles south of Newquay, which in the summer is a bustling holiday resort with many clubs and pubs. There is a regular bus service to Newquay and taxis can be booked.
