Fickle beach break with lots of peaks. can get busy. Hasn't really worked well in years. the marine works have done something to the sand distribution and it often closes out.

I witnessed stand up barrels this day not to mention getting rides across the bay. Nice beach break with lefts and rights... gets protection from SE winds because of the Harbour wall.. North Bay Quality clean day at north bay North Bay Blandy Bustin Air Mark testing out his new 9'6" noserider..

7 Sep 2010 · skasteppa Great place for beginner intermediates, went a few weeks back and had an ace session, locals were friendly, beginnners should steer clear of the far end of the bay toward the Castele- scary rocks. try the food at the poncy restaurant near the chalets, well tasty after a day in the water:)

24 Dec 2004 · d This spot takes anything the North sea throws at it (swell from N/NE/E/SE, clean, messy- good wind options) and translates it into something ridable, can get perfect on clean 3-4ft ground swell..shame about the sea wall- those pesky victorians!
