Great place for beginner intermediates, went a few weeks back and had an ace session, locals were friendly, beginnners should steer clear of the far end of the bay toward the Castele- scary rocks. try the food at the poncy restaurant near the chalets, well tasty after a day in the water:)

northbay works brilliantly
excellent spot not been at it long
but scarborough holds some of the friendliest surfers around
big shout out to the fluid concept boys

What a nightmare!! croyde on a weekend!! 300+ people in the water and it wasn t even surfable!!
Avoid this place like the plague!! or become one of the masses!!
I feel for the locals around here.. hence the removal of most devon breaks!
