Echipa e un ssietm complex. Vii boboc intr-o echipa si echipa aia te ridica, te aduce la nivelul ei. In timp cresti in aceeasi echipa si ajungi tu sa o conduci(si nu cred ca e vorba doar de un caz ideal) si echipa aia te tine sus. E ceva profund intr-o echipa care se poate cobori la nivelul unui newbie si ridica la nivelul unui oldie si vorbesc de aceeasi echipa, aceeasi oameni, doar timpuri diferite.
